Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is TB&C policy that the rental fee be paid at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations must be made by 4pm the day prior to pick-up. Cancellations with proper notification will be fully refunded.
Deposits:
Deposits will be made per item in the from of a credit card
imprint. TB&C reserves the right to hold the deposit for 24 hours
after the return to make a full inspection of the gear.
Pickups/Returns:
Rentals can be picked up or retuned any time during
shop hours on the scheduled days.
Late fee:
Late rentals will be charged the "additional day rate" for
every day the gear is not returned.
Cleaning Fee:
There will be a $15 charge on gear returned wet or
excessively dirty. If the gear gets wet and a "drying day" is needed,
please notify TB&C and an extra day will be allowed at no additional
charge.
Damage Fee:
Damaged gear is subject to repair fees.
Replacement:
If gear is lost or unrentable, the customer will be
charged the full retail value of the gear.
Internal Frame Packs $14 first day - $7 additional day - $150 deposit
External Frame Packs $14 first day - $7 additional day - $150 deposit
Daypacks $10 first day - $5 additional day - $150 deposit
Sleeping Bags $14 first day - $7 additional day - $100 deposit
Tents $24 first day - $12 additional day - $200 deposit
Sunshade/Tarp $10 first day - $5 additional day - $100 deposit
Sleeping Pads $10 first day - $5 additional day - $50 deposit
